Do you ship abroad?
Yes we do for most items. However there are items which cannot be shipped for legal reasons and so we alawys ask that you check with us so we can be sure to give you the correect pricing information and let you know if we are aware of any export restrictions.
How long will my item take to be delivered?
The items are all posted to you from the individual crafter. We request that any purchased items are posted within five working days. If the item needs to be made to your order it may be longer but we will always let you know. All items are sent using first class post or if going abroad bu airmail.
What payment methods do you accept?
We Accept most credit cards via PayPal, personal cheques and money orders, however please note that when paying the goods will not be dispatched until we have the funds in our account. However if you would prefer you can send a cheque but please remember items will not be dispatched until after the cheque has cleared.
How secure is your site?
We use a reputable company to host our site and support the build. We can therefore feel confident that the site is secure.
What is your returns policy?
Please e mail us to notify us that you wish to return the item and your reason. If the item was faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage with the purchase price you paid. This obviously does not affect your statutory rights.
Are all the items genuinly handcrafted?
We have only invited people to sell their crafts on our site who we feel offer a high standard of hand crafted items. If you have any complaints or concerns please contact us as hosts we will take your concern seriously and try to reach a satisfactory resolution. All our crafters sign an agreement with us which should ensure the standards remain good.
